Detailed time registration is an integral part of our business concept. Where many customers are billed in a minimum of 15, 30 or even 60-minute units, we bill clients by the minute. We constantly focus on making sure that every single minute give value to our clients. We demand that our employees register time real-time and we make sure that the customers can – also in real-time – go in and see what any one on their team are working on. Furthermore, we demand from our people a detailed time registration practice that is identifiable as a backlog or support item and distinct enough to backtrack to an allocated responsibility.

2. Outline team setup

We will plan for the size and type of resources you need on every position of the team. We will make detailed job requirements as to make sure you get the right people.

3. Review candidates

We will let you interview each of our proposed candidates for your team. Each candidate will either be a known resource to us or have been vetted in depth.

4. Choose candidates

You get to choose the candidates for your team from our proposals. If you find out that they are not appropriate within the first month, we will replace them free of cost.

5. Get started

We make sure that your team and project is started up following all our processes and best practices. Senior staff will be allocated as reviewers to ensure a smooth start.
